TSBDE ONLINE SERVICES NOT AVAILABLE MAY 14, 2011 THROUGH JUNE 3, 2011

The Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE) is converting to a new computer system in May 2011.  During this conversion, Dental Board Staff will be manually processing renewal forms and initial license and registration applications.   No delays are anticipated in the processing of renewals or initial applications.

Only electronic services (online Renewals, online Initial License Applications, and Address and Employment Changes) will not available.  Electronic services will resume on June 4, 2011. 

Instructions:  Click the link below OR click the “RENEW BY MAIL” button found under the Main Menu.  Select your profession.  Print a Renewal Form then mail your Renewal Form and Fee to the Dental Board at the address listed below.  Renewal Fees are listed on the Renewal Form   Do Not Send Cash!

Your new registration certificate will be issued and mailed to you after June 3, 2011.
