Normal processing time for Disciplinary Action (Board Orders) posting is 30-45 days after the date of ratification.

Currently only disciplinary orders for Dentists are available through the Online Portal.

Disciplinary action (Board Orders) issued to Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants and Dental Labs are currently not available online.  To request a copy of these disciplinary actions submit an Open Records Request to the following email address:  openrecords@tsbde.texas.gov
